I'd been looking for a way to merge my "worlds" of spirit-seeking and singing, when my good friend & soul brother-from-another-mother, Noah Baumwoll stepped in and answered my call by asking me to sing vocals on his upcoming kirtan (call and response chanting) record. I'm honored to join him at this special live kirtan event on the Upper West Side @ Life in Motion Yoga Studio.  

Call and response chanting, or "Kirtan" is a joyful and fun meditative group practice that relaxes the mind and opens the heart. No experience is needed and chant sheets will be provided. Noah will lead us through chants from a variety of traditions, from Sanskrit mantras to Rasta hymns to a Hebrew song of peace.
